Who operates the app
HSK Lockscreen is published by Leilei Zhang. This policy covers the app and its widgets, and explains what happens when you visit these support pages or email us.
Learning happens on your device. There is no app account, developer-operated learning server, advertising or third-party analytics SDK. We do not receive your searches, favorite words or widget settings from the app.
Information on your device
The app includes its vocabulary files and saves favorite word identifiers, selected levels, interface and meaning languages, rotation preferences, pinned words and their expiry times, onboarding completion, and the local Pro-unlock state. The app shares the relevant settings and favorites with its own widget extension on the same device.
Search text is used to find words locally. There is no search-history upload. We do not provide cloud synchronization. Your device’s backup or restore services may include local app data according to your Apple settings; those services are controlled by Apple, not by us.
You can remove favorites, clear a pinned word and change settings in the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device; offloading the app preserves data. Backups and Apple’s purchase records are managed separately. We cannot recover favorites that you delete.
Pronunciation and permissions
Pronunciation uses Apple’s system Mandarin speech voice. HSK Lockscreen does not record your voice, request microphone access or send words to a developer-operated speech or AI service. A system voice may need to be downloaded through iOS before playback is available. The app does not request access to your camera, photos, location or contacts.
Purchases
Apple processes the optional one-time Pro purchase and restores through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to check access to HSK 3–6, and stores the unlock state locally. We do not receive your Apple Account password or payment-card details. We do not upload transaction information to a developer-operated server. Apple handles its own payment and transaction records under Apple’s privacy policy.
Diagnostics
There is no custom crash-reporting or analytics service in the app. Depending on your Apple diagnostic-sharing choices, Apple may collect diagnostics and make app crash reports or usage statistics available to developers. Support email and this website
If you email raylenzed@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue, and retain correspondence only as needed for that purpose or applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request deletion. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Opening a support, policy or source link makes a normal web request to that website. This website is served through Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts; these providers receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the page and fonts. This is separate from offline learning in the app. The app does not attach your favorites, searches or settings to these links. Other linked websites have their own privacy policies.
Children and changes
The app is for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not ask children to submit personal information in the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support message, contact us to request its deletion.

搜索在本地进行，不上传搜索历史。App 不提供云同步。设备备份与恢复服务可能按你的 Apple 设置包含本地 App 数据，此类服务由 Apple 管理。
你可以在 App 中移除收藏、取消固定和修改设置。删除 App 会移除设备上的本地 App 数据；系统的「卸载 App」功能会保留数据。备份和 Apple 购买记录需另行管理。我们无法恢复已删除的收藏。
发音与权限
发音使用 Apple 系统普通话语音，不录音、不申请麦克风权限，也不会把词语发往开发者运营的语音或 AI 服务。首次使用可能需要先在 iOS 中下载系统语音。App 不申请相机、照片、定位或通讯录权限。
购买与诊断
可选的专业版一次性购买及恢复由 Apple 处理。App 通过 StoreKit 交易和权益信息确认 HSK 3–6 的访问权限，并在本地保存解锁状态。我们不会收到 Apple 账户密码或银行卡完整信息，也不会把交易信息上传到开发者服务器。Apple 的记录适用 Apple 隐私政策。
App 没有自建崩溃收集或统计服务。根据你的系统诊断共享选择，Apple 可能收集诊断信息，并向开发者提供 App 崩溃报告或使用统计。相关选项见 Apple 诊断共享说明。
邮件支持与网站访问
主动发送支持邮件时，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，用于答复和排查问题；仅在完成这些目的或履行适用的记录保存义务所需的期间保留。可联系申请删除。请勿发送密码、验证码或银行卡完整信息。
访问支持、政策或来源链接时，浏览器会向对应网站发起请求。本网站使用 Cloudflare 提供页面服务，并从 Google Fonts 加载字体；服务商会收到 IP 地址、浏览器信息等提供页面所需的请求数据。这与 App 内离线学习分开，App 不会在这些链接中附带你的收藏、搜索或设置。其他网站适用各自的隐私政策。
儿童、更新与联系
App 面向一般用户，并非专门针对 13 岁以下儿童；不会在 App 内要求儿童提交个人信息。如儿童通过支持邮件发送了个人信息，可联系我们申请删除。
