About these terms
HSK Lockscreen is published by Leilei Zhang. These terms describe use of the app and its optional Pro purchase. Where Apple supplies its Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, that agreement also applies. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law or the licenses of open-source components and vocabulary content.
Free and Pro access
HSK 1–2 are free. An optional one-time, non-consumable Pro purchase unlocks HSK 3–6 meanings, pronunciation, favorites and widget use. Higher-level hanzi and pinyin can be previewed for free. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
The App Store purchase sheet displays the applicable local price before confirmation. Apple processes payment. Use Widget → Unlock HSK 3–6 → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore eligible access. Refunded or revoked purchases may no longer grant Pro access. Refund requests can be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Learning content and device behavior
The word bank follows HSK 2.0, levels 1–6. Meanings are brief study aids and may not cover every use of a word. Pronunciation is generated by the system Mandarin voice. The app is an independent learning aid, is not affiliated with Chinese Testing International, and does not promise examination results.
You add widgets through your device’s widget controls. Rotation preferences select a schedule; iOS controls when widgets actually refresh. We do not guarantee an exact refresh time. Offline study does not require an account; purchases, restores, web support pages and initial system-voice downloads require the relevant network services.
Your data and content licenses
Favorites and preferences are stored locally. The app does not provide its own cloud backup or synchronization. Review your device’s backup settings before deleting the app or changing devices. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Open-source software and vocabulary retain their respective licenses. Copyright notices, vocabulary attribution and applicable license links are available in Widget → About → Open-source licenses. These terms do not replace those licenses.

学习内容与设备行为
词库按 HSK 2.0 的 1–6 级整理。简短释义用于复习，不涵盖所有语境；发音由系统普通话语音生成。App 为独立学习工具，与汉考国际无隶属关系，也不承诺考试成绩。
小组件需要通过设备的添加入口设置。轮换偏好指定换词计划，实际刷新时机由 iOS 决定，不能保证精确到指定时刻。离线学习无需注册；购买、恢复购买、访问网页支持及首次下载系统语音需要对应的网络服务。
本地数据与内容许可
收藏与偏好保存在本地，App 不提供自建云备份或同步。删除 App 或更换设备前，请检查系统备份设置。详见隐私政策。
开源软件和词库内容保留各自许可。版权、词库署名和许可链接可在「小组件 → 关于 → 开源许可」查看，本条款不替代这些许可。
