By downloading or using ProofTime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
OpenRowan Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ProofTime on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Use proof records in ways that misrepresent events or deceive others
No Legal Guarantee
ProofTime creates timestamped photo and location records to help document your work. However, we make no representation that proof records created by the App will be accepted as legal evidence in any jurisdiction or proceeding. The legal admissibility of digital records varies by jurisdiction and context.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpenRowan Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or records, arising from your use of the App.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the proof records you create and how you use them. You must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws when photographing or recording others.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. For disputes not subject to mandatory local law, the laws of the People’s Republic of China apply.
