How many stories are free?
Twinkle lets you open 3 full stories for free. After that, you can unlock the full bedtime library with a one-time in-app purchase.
What does the one-time purchase include?
The Twinkle Bedtime Library unlocks all 121 bedtime stories, built-in narration, offline reading, and the ability to save favorite stories to your library.
Is Twinkle a subscription?
No. Twinkle does not use subscriptions. The library unlock is a one-time purchase handled by Apple through the App Store.
I purchased but the App still looks locked.
Force-quit and reopen the App. If it still looks locked, open Settings inside Twinkle and tap “Restore Purchases.” If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID region (not your Apple ID itself).
Can I use Twinkle on multiple devices?
Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on another device. Saved stories are stored locally on each device and do not sync between devices.
Does Twinkle need an internet connection?
Stories and built-in narration work offline. An internet connection may be needed only for App Store purchase and restore flows.
Is Twinkle safe for young children?
Twinkle is rated 4+ on the App Store. It is designed for parents and guardians to use with children during bedtime.
What happens to the name I enter?
The name is used locally on your device to personalize story text. We recommend using a first name, nickname, or fictional character name.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are managed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
