By downloading or using Twinkle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subscription
Billing
Twinkle requires an active subscription at $4.99 per month (or your local equivalent). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, unused trial time will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
Refunds
All billing disputes and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Usage Limits
Twinkle includes a limit of 3 AI-generated stories per day, which resets at midnight local time. This limit applies per device. We reserve the right to adjust this limit with notice.
AI-Generated Content
Stories are generated by an AI model. By using the App you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated stories may occasionally be imperfect, repetitive, or unexpected
- You are responsible for reviewing stories before sharing them with children
- You will not use story generation features for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
- You will not submit personal information — especially children’s personal information — as story prompts
Acceptable Use
You may not use Twinkle to generate content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to investigate and terminate access for violations.
Intellectual Property
Stories generated by Twinkle using your prompts are owned by you. The App itself, its design, and all original content remain the property of OpenRowan Studio.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that AI-generated stories will meet your expectations, be suitable for all ages, or be free from errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenRowan Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or App Store. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
