By downloading or using Twinkle, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
In-App Purchase
Twinkle includes an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full bedtime story library. The purchase is billed through your Apple ID by Apple through the App Store.
Twinkle does not use subscriptions, auto-renewals, or free trials.
Free Access
Twinkle lets you open a limited number of stories for free. The free story limit is tracked locally on your device. We may adjust this limit in future app versions.
Content
Twinkle provides local bedtime story templates that can be personalized with a character name. Stories are intended for family-friendly bedtime use, but parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing stories before sharing them with children.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the App, attempt to bypass purchase restrictions, reverse engineer the App, or use the App in any unlawful or harmful way.
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, story templates, illustrations, and original content are owned by Leilei Zhang. You may use Twinkle stories for personal, non-commercial family use.
Refunds
All billing disputes and refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that every story will meet your expectations or be suitable for every child or situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leilei Zhang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post any updates here with a revised “Last updated” date.
